Known-item searching

You've already got the title of a journal (from a citation, periodicals index or database, or another source). You simply want to know whether this journal is in our collection -- and if so, where it is located. You want the quickest route to this information.

On the initial search screen, skip over the keyword search buttons for now. Keyword searching is fully explained in the "Research a Topic" section of this tutorial. Choose the Browsing button.

The Browsing menu gives you the best way to search for any known item. To find a journal, choose Periodical Title.
